Orders are sent second class by Royal Mail, however if you wish to receive your order quickly you may opt for a next day delivery by courier at an extra cost. During busy periods such as Christmas or unforeseen circumstances ie severe weather, postal strikes or Covid-19 your order may take a little longer so please be patient. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please contact us.
Yes you can on some products as long as they are in unopened packaging and are in a saleable condition. Refunds are not possible on health and beauty products for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Most of the fabrics are either 100% cotton or have a very high cotton content. We try to source fabrics from local suppliers to reduce our own personal carbon footprint and of course to help our local economy.
